Cancel account due to account issues

I am currently having massive issues with this at the moment. Virgin previously admitted fault for disconnecting me without authorisation, then charged me the fees. I've been trying to get the fees and charges removed since November, I am disabled and work form home and now they have restricted my internet so I am unable to work. and now they are saying I owe them, Although I've never left them and only requested, back in November that they just set everything back to how it originally should be. I've had to raise a complaint with the comms ombudsman, I've requested all notes and calls sent to me. I've even got reference numbers of calls where they admitted fault and clearly stated they would resolve the issues. I've spoken to appox 14 people since November about this, I spent over 3 and a half hours on the phone yesterday trying to sort it. I have been cut off numerous time, spoken to like a dog, and lied to over and over again. I've cried on the phone because I feel overwhelmed and at my wits end with it all. And today I was waiting for the call back they promised and guess what, I've not heard anything as the 24hr deadline passes. 

I am trying to find my legal rights on this matter and whether I am in a position to be able to clear the debt they wrongfully charged me and terminate my contract as I cannot handle being with such an incompetent company, If anyone can help me I would be most grateful.
