Broadband package renewal email

Hi I have been receiving a renewal email about my package. I am confused because My contract is not up until march. The email is saying I can keep my current package for a few £ more. I am unsure if ...

I’ve just had the same email as mine is also due for renewal early March.  It is genuine and clicking the link does show you the offer.   The offer in my case is a 20% increase on what I currently pay so saying “a little bit more” is a little misleading.  It also mentions it also going up in April due to inflation increase - RPI plus 3.9%. 
Anyone know whether the best offer is likely to be via this email or haggling once the contract expired?
