area code and account number

in order to log in to view details of my phone contract which i am still paying i need area code and account number, i have no emails with either of these details and cant view previous bills as the web page has been shut down. i am trying to see how long my contract has left and how much is payable.. help would be greatly appreciated

Just to clarify, mobile contracts aren't accessible through your online Virgin Media account. For further support, please contact our dedicated handset loan team on 0345 602 4420.
