Access to netflix

Hello. I have recently signed up to virgin media services, part of this is access to Netflix. However despite phoning three times. I have still not received the information on how to do this. I have been promised emails that never arrive.Can you please assist

  • I am unable to get onto it via entertainment or via online account. I have phoned and spoke to advisers who say they will send email, but it never arrives. I confirmed my email with them

      Hi Neil56, 

      Thanks for coming back and explaining things further. Usually the team will refer this to our Netflix teams via a form. It can take a while for them to reach this so they shouldn't be advising that you'll receive this within a timeframe. 

      This is something we can certainly check further for you though but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 
    Sorry to hear you've not been able to access Netflix. 
    This should be available via your online account in the entertainment section, or on the first welcome page in the entertainment box to activate your Netflix account. 

    You should also receive this via email to the email address you have registered as your preferred contact. This may be different to the email you have for your online account login details. 
    Be sure to also check your junk mail, just in case it's gone into there. 

    Keep us posted if you're having any further issues.
