When using the web chat I have been asked for characters from my password.

I can't remember my password for contacting Virgin Media via web chat or phone. How can I change the password? It is not the online password I use for my virgin media.

    Hillybaby Sign into the My Virgin Media account concerned and Click on  Account Settings then My Virgin Media account details.  Scroll down to the section Telephone security details and click on Edit and follow the steps set out.  If you haven't already changed the account username to a third party email address you will be taken through the process before you can proceed to edit the telephone security phrase.
