thanks another failed attempt, CS are advising once every Customer network is upgraded then they may reach a point of 'offering' Hub.5.
It's not immediate concern, though If I decide to make return to desktop purchase it would have been nice to add Ax Dongle in addition to xps+m.2 laptops.

Depending on what this upgrade is, you may well be issued with a Hub 5x with no modem mode. Be careful what you wish for!
