Child safe not working

Hi childsafe is not working even when selected to work. Please can someone fix this.

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. Can I ask what happens when you try to change the settings? 

I would be happy to pop you a private message across to change the setting on our side if you would like, please do let me know and I'll pop one across.

    When you switch childsafe on you still can access everything on the chiladsafe list that says it’s blocked when childsafe is on. It should be blocking unsafe websites.
