Unable to login to a specific webpage

Built a new PC yesterday with Windows 11. Installed bitdefender. Able to access all websites. Except my email and webspace provider at heartinternet.uk. The site times out. Trace route from my router...

Manually set your PC’s DNS to use Cloudflare.  1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 or if you need Adult filtering use 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3

    Thanks but using a third party solution doesn't seem right to me, there must be a problem that needs to be identified first.

      The “problem” does not need to be identified.  Just read the many posts about Websafe not working etc.  it’s just easier to use your own DNS of choice.

        Hi Adduxi, I tried both cloudflare and opendns and they didnt help.
