Software Update

I had an engineer come over about a year ago and he mentioned the TV boxes are being upgraded. He said the software would roll out eventually but nothings changed yet. 

Does anyone know when the upgrade will happen? I think I've a V6 box.

    No firm date on a forced switch to the horizon platform has been provided by VM.

    Upgrades to the TV360 box are still on a voluntary basis  unless you recontract and the new package requires a 360 box for content such as the Disney+ and Paramount+ apps etc.
