Error code CS2400 is only applicable to the 360 and Stream boxes and usually associated with app issues.

With the lack of live TV channels it sounds like you have the TV360 box which needs connecting to a VM coaxial cable for live TV content. Make sure that the white coxial cable is connected to the 360 box and also the splitter/wall socket. If you've moved the 360 box to another location then it needs connecting to a VM wall socket with the coaxial cable in that room.
