creating a multi OS installation disc

I have an old 160GB hard drive that I use an an installation "USB drive" for Windows 10 enterprise.

Is there any way that when I do a clean install of a PC I could hook the external hard drive I can choose which OS I want to install on it.

For now I have ISOs of Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11 and Chrome flex OS

I read that I need to partition the drive for each OS is this correct?

What if I want to add an OS in the future?

Many thanks

I would suggest you take a look at Ventoy, you’ll need to look it up yourself and find the relevant URL to download it as the new forum software seems to take oddball exceptions to pasting links.

Basically install this onto your external drive and then copy various .iso .img etc. installer images onto the drive. Boot from it and it presents a list of the installers you have copied onto it, select the OS you want and off it goes.

The beauty is that you can add, remove update any of the installers just by copying them to the drive and the menu updates itself.
