UKTV has removed its channels and programming from Virgin TV
We want to restore UKTV’s free channels for our customers immediately but need UKTV’s permission to do so.
These free channels, like Dave, are available over the air and online. In fact, you can watch them right now on UKTV Play.
While we continue to talk to UKTV, we have already invested in an extensive collection of programming for our customers to enjoy (depending on the TV bundle taken). More details on the programming added is below.
How can I keep watching UKTV?
We have already invested in new programming for you to enjoy. However, there are still a number of ways to watch UKTV:
- Virgin TV customers with access to Freeview should be able to receive the UKTV free-to-air channels (such as Dave).
- Virgin TV customers can also watch many UKTV programmes for free online or through UKTV’s mobile app. UKTV Play is available here: https://uktvplay.uktv.co.uk/
- Finally, Virgin TV customers with a Netflix subscription can watch a range of BBC programming also available on UKTV channels directly on their TiVo or V6 box.
