wi-fi password

bought a kindle and want to register the device but whyen connecting to my virgin wi-fi the system is asking for a password where do I get this password

What router hub are you using?

Im having same problem.

Router is E08C013.00 (i think!)

Dont think it supports wi- fi.

Any help appreciated.

If it only has one Ethernet port then you have a modem,not a router, you can get a dlink615 from eBay for £10 or contact vim for a hub

You are correct, you have a plain cable modem that does not support wireless connections. Have a look at this thread where the original poster has a similar question:

Did Virgin supply you with this router, or did you purchase it yourself?

Log into the hub by going to 192.168.0.1 on a computer that works, username is admin leave password blank, if it works go to wifi settings to find password, if it doesn't then you may have to reset the router using a pin in the reset hole
