Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Contract and broadband not received

Red light on hub

My router is showing a constant red light, is quite hot at the top.  It is in a well ventilated area. Struggling to get through to someone who can help to trying here, I think I need a replacement. Any help would be great.

Hub 4 very hot
