Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

speed decrease to 300Mbps

I have 1000Mbps for £62 but the speed test on virgin website showing only 250-300 Mbps. I only connected one device via ethernet cable to do the speed test. How to contact to customer service to fix this?

Service outage texts

I've seen this problem a few times and it seems to need Virgin to actively stop the messages. Since registering for service outage updates I'm getting them endlessly throughout the day. I need them to stop please!

WiFi keeps dropping out
