Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Permanent red light on hub?

Hi I have had a permanent red light on my hub 3 for the last few days, I have looked online and tried all the steps including using a pin to reset the hub but nothing seems to work. The hub does seem a bit warm.

Password invalid

I can’t reset my password. It keeps saying invalid no matter what combination of passwords I try. I have seen shed loads of people on here with the same problem and have tried all the tricks the reply from Virgin has suggested!
