Resolved! Wifi no longer visible on London underground

Red Light on hub

The red light is constantly on.  I have rebooted hub with no effect (including pin hole reset).  Some wifi devices are still connected but wifi is sometimes unavailable.  The hub is well ventilated and in an open location.
