Has the URL to the Virgin media hub changed at all latetly?
I've tried to access it via 192.168.0.1, 192.168.1.1 and http://www.routerlogin.net.. None of which works. Regardless of whether i'm wired to the hub or not, i always get the friendly message...
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 192.168.0.1 Suggestions: Try reloading: 192.168.0.1 Search on Google:
The server at 192.168.0.1 is taking too long to respond. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Cheers for any help in advance.

This shouldn't change unless you specifically changed it in your router's settings - not easy to do accidentally! Also unlikely VM would change it as it would be highly disruptive to a lot of people.
An easy way to find out the address, that is the same on any version of Windows, is to do the following:
1. Open a Command Prompt on your PC. There may be a shortcut in your Start Menu, or select "Run..." and enter "cmd" and press enter. (In Windows 7, press the Start key then type in "cmd" and it should find it.)
2. In the command prompt type "ipconfig" and press enter.
3. This will show some information including the IP address of the "default gateway". This will be the address of the Superhub.
If you're using your Superhub in modem mode, and you're actually connected to a second router, then I doubt the above would work - someone else may be able to help if this is the case.

Have you been able to access your Super Hub?
If not, reset the device (for instruction, click here) and try again.
Also, please post whether this helped.
