Hi jing123,
Can you please confirm you have tried all the channels?
As its quite possible the channels you have tried are quite popular with others in your area and this may be why your facing a intermittent wireless fault.
Also can you please confirm you have no other electrical equipment by the suberhub as this can also interfere with your connection.

My superhub has been installed next to my desktop PC. By an engineer from Virginmedia!!!!! Don't you tell them how to install properly??? So I'll have to try and explain to India that I want ANOTHER engineer to come and move it. Here's hoping ceptic's solution works......

There seem to be so many problems with the superhub I am having serious doubts about getting one. I just have one desk top computer and don’t download music or films just a few software prgrams. I have been a Virgin customer for some years and never had any problems and don’t want to start now. Should I hold off for a while. My current speed is 20Mb

Hello carter364,
Could you try to disable the following in your SuperHub configuration and see if it still resets to factory settings?
The only other advise I can give you is that we are aware of problems with the SupeHhub resetting itself, usually in combination with the Blizzard Downloader and with Multi Threaded Downloader Application
and are currently beta testing a new firmware update which should solve this Issue. Once this has been tested it will be rolled out to everyone.

Hello celoy,
The SuperHub needs a bit to connect back to the Network. This can take up to 15 minutes.
The SuperHub is designed to stay on and connected at all times so ideally you should leave it switched on all the times and only switch it off if you go for a holiday or something similar. Of course it can be switched off but it will then take a while to reboot and re establish a connection.
