We recently upgraded to the SuperHub which is brilliant, we have 30Mbps DL speed and it's soon doubling to 50Mbps. Even though I do have 30Mbps, I normally get 3.7MBps when download something so thats always a bonus. But I don't understand upload speeds, I get on average 2.50Mbps? But some friends on BT get 20Mbps download speed but 15Mbps upload speed? Surely this seems slow for Virgin Media? Will the upload speed go up with the speed doubler this year?
There are no plans to increase upload speeds with the speedboosts
