Connecting to 192.168.0.1 on SuperHub

Bascially, its not letting me connect. Ive been having a few issues since I upgraded from 20mb to 30mb and received the Superhub. I'm hoping its the IP Flood Detection and firewall features issue, and I want to turn them off, but if I can not even connect to the Superhub 192.168.0.1 then how am I supposed to do this?

Re: Connecting to 192.168.0.1 on SuperHub

Hi lbr1977,

If you open a command prompt and type IPconfig,  you should be able to see a default gateway, if this is showing as different to 192.168.0.1 please try and  connect to that.

If it's showing as the above address, could you please try and pinhole reset the router?

Regards,

Peter Rafferty
