unable to upload to webspace again

when you try and upload to do you get any error codes?

hi, no error codes, just 'error while trying to create remote file'. nothing has changed on my uploader. problem only seems to have happened since the recent maintenance works. in the past i've had the dreaded 550 error which this look very similar too. 

Can this be investigated please.

Hi sidaa

Please could you log into the site using a web browser - enter ftp://upload.ntlworld.com in the browser address bar, enter your username and password when prompted, and once logged into the webspace, try changing one of the filenames. If the webspace is locked you should see a 550 error which I can then send off to be corrected.
