Personal Webspace allowance

I have been a customer with Virgin Media for many years, previously with Telewest and before then,

around 11 years in total.

I would like to find out how I can get the 200Mb space allocated to VIRGINMEDIA customers as I still only have the 55Mb with the BLUEYONDER account.  I was told via customer services that once upgraded to XL Broadband ( already done this recently ) the space would be increased.

Any help much appreciated.
