I can't see any apps on my account, it shows an error

My account does not show my BB package, and it also doesn't allow me to see my webspace application, could someone from VM fix this? I need to create a simple webpage but can't, and I don't want to pay for third party hosting for one page if my package includes it.

Thanks.

best idea would be make sure you logging in using your primary account via - https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/username and see what happens, if that doesnt work you would really need to speak to technical support and pass DPA to check over your account.

if you want free hosting  you could look at something like - http://byethost.com/free-hosting

Hi fernandocka

This ticket is now marked as resolved. Please could you recheck to see if the apps are now correctly showing on your account.

The issue was that the master account entry in the central LDap was corrupted and needed correction and updating. (Totally a VM issue - sorry).

Kind Regards,
