550 ftp error

Hi, I've tried to find a way to contact the IT team regarding my 550 ftp error on the ntlworld webspace but can't find any way other than using this forum.

Please advise how I can get the error cleared.

Still giving 550 permission denied error. Password and username are correct.

As we would need to test this on our end we will need you to call us on 151 from a Virgin Media landline or 0845 454 1111 and ask to speak to our 2nd line Broadband team.

We cannot do this without logging into your webspace and we are not able to request your password on the forums.
