WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? Half way through watching a program and you enforce a reboot so I miss a heap of the programme (00:45 so not really that unusual that somebody might want to be watching TV at this point)?
VM really is the most unprofessional company it has ever been my misfortune to come across. Your inability to provide what you promise is unsurmountable; I have a 152Mb internet service that doesn't give 152Mb or even a tenth of it, I have TV Anywhere which is actually Tv if you are near a WiFi Hotspot, I have TV listings on your website that show the listings for London irrespective of which region you select and I have had numerous Internet outages:

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this, and I'm really sorry to hear that the V+ box completed a reboot at a time when you were watching a show, causing you to miss out on a chunk of the programme you were watching.
Updates are normally completed overnight to cause the least amount of disruption to our customers as possible, however no matter what time these were done there would be some customers who would be watching a show. So all we can do is apologise.
I can see that you've been advised of bandwidth issues which will affect you, and a review date of 18/11/2015. I'd have to ask you to reply to your broadband topic once this date has past should you still be experiencing issues, as a member of the broadband team can look into this further for you.
