I have just had virgin broadband and tv installed. the tv picture is very ghosty reminiscent of my old analog tv signal has anyone else experienced this and what was the sulution?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing poor picture on your TV service.
I have carried out some checks and at present signal/power levels are fine. I can see you have an engineering team calling round soon to get this sorted.

Engineer returned and swapped out the tivo box the very next day. Everything OK now with the TV. Excellent service 👍
