virgin v+hd box not recording or pausing. no response from the box. box i think needs replacing

as per headline. did write it on here a few weeks ago but ive been away on holiday. come back it is still the same. I think the box or the hard drive is nackered/needs replacing as I cannot record or play anything and cannot pause tv either. if someone on here could check this somehow for me or notify me of how to fix it etc I would really appreciate it.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your V+ box.

 

I've run a diagnostic on you box and I can see a few issues there. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange for a technician to take a look.
