virgin v+hd box not recording or pausing. no response from the box

since yesterday the box will not pause the live tv or play recorded programs. it was fine until yesterday...was perfect in fact. but it will not do as I have mentioned above and I do not know why. I have reset the box a few times by the button on the back etc but still no luck. hope someone can help me

Any ideas anyone? I think it is either a problem with the hard drive or the box in general but if i dont press pause or try playing something recorded it is fine but if u pause live tv or try and play a recording it goes crazy then cannot get any response from it and it will not turn off or anything it has to be turned off at the rear of the box.

Sorry to hear about the issues had with the V+.

 

I’ve located your account and I can see that the box is currently showing as offline.

 

If you could reboot this for me so that I can take a look at the levels, etc., for you.
