Hi 1701-e,

Thanks for updating us and I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this STOP error on your V+ box.

I can see you have an engineer booked to get this sorted for you which is great to see.

It would be awesome if you could let us know how you get on after the visit.

We're here to help if you need us.

Re: v+ coax input not secured

hiya do you mean the coax is loose on the v+ box eg wiggles about?, if its movable box would be replaced, just to let you know you would lose all recording, it will be a few days for the forum admin to pick this up and arrange tech visit, or you could call support or online chat @ http://contact.virginmedia.com (using pc/laptop)

Re: v+ coax input not secured

Hi 1701-e,

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear your V+ box keeps losing channels. This is terribly frustrating when you're trying to watch your favourite shows.

I've managed to locate your account. I can see you've already contacted the team regarding this and have an engineer scheduled soon.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks

Rich
