Hi there a few weeks ago we noticed some of the channels on our v+ box were missing and now it says that it seems this smartcard is invalid. Ref 3014. I cant access the help section on the menu it says ref 1022

I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been getting the invalid smartcard issue with your V+HD box.
I've located your account and have sent some signals to get things back up and running for you. These can take up to 24 hours to complete, however will normally be a lot quicker. Should you still be experiencing this issue 24 hours after my reply, could you please power off the V+ box for about 5 minutes, then power back on.
After completing the reboot, if you are still getting the issue, please let me know so that I can investigate further for you.
