v+box offline

New v+box installed today and it's no longer connected to the internet, anyone got any ideas please?

V+ Boxes do not connect to the internet. Make sure all the connections are screwed in tight. If the green "online" upstream connection lock indicator is flashing or off, either you have a faulty refurb box, or you have signal problems that require adjustment.

You cannot make these adjustments yourself, a network engineer will have to do this from the distribution cabinet in the street. You should either give the faults department a call (150 from your virgin phone line) or a Forum Team member will reply to this thread in a day or so & will be able to arrane one for you.
