v+ box not working

Please can you advise, my second V+ box isn't working, I have tried switching off/on several times and checked all connections. The box just says 'stop'

If the STOP message is displayed then the box has died. It will need to be replaced.

Hi there Elaineandpete, 

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with your additional V+ box. 

As Tidus states, the STOP message will require someone calling out to take a look at things for you.
