My V+ box is not recording programmes and seems to be rebooting or freezing.
I have run a test from the website and it says it's fine.
I've unplugged it, and it resets fine, but then goes back to unresponsive.
Is this a national problem? Or just a Portsmouth issue?

There are no current network issues that I can see. If you're still experiencing the same issues then we'll need to get a technician to investigate.
