I keep experiencing problems with this box, whether it is on live TV or in standby, it consistently freezes and can only be resolved by unplugging.
When in standby, it randomly freezes, with the online light going off and the clock freezing, the box is then completely unresponsive.
When switched on, the online light stays on and the EPG still works, but the picture is frozen and the channel can't be changed. Again this is only resolved by unplugging the box.
These two situations are occurring multiple times a day and I can't even watch a full football match at the moment. What can I do to fix these problem, as I ran out of patience after 35 minutes waiting for someone to answer on the phone?
