upgrade issue

Hi i recently upgraded my package after a call from an agent,the main tivo box is fine and all channels are there however the extra tivo box we pay for has actually lost channels instead of gaining them.

Try a forced connection to the Virgin Media server on your problem TiVo.

Home> Help and Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Now.

Sorry i meant the T+ box that we have in our sons room not the full tivo box

Ah if its a V+ then it would need a Hit sent to it. TV Faults team can do that.
