Hi I recently took out another 12 month contract. I was promised a superhub 2 router and a new Tivo box. I have received the Superhub 2 but no Tivo box. I have tried getting though to customer services on the phone but every time I get through to a certain option the call goes quiet and that's it so I hang up. Its been nearly 2 weeks now and no Tivo box. Thanks
I'm really sorry to hear that you've not received your TiVo®, I've taken a look at things for you, and can see that since writing your post, you've already spoken to a member of our customer service team and this has been re-ordered for you.
