I recently update my laptop and have updated the virgin site with the new device. unfortunately I am unable to view skysports on it as it doesn't appear to have updated on their site. Can someone help please?

I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this and I can see that a device update went through on Monday morning so that should mean your laptop is able to access.
