sending my virgin media equipment back

OK so I have cancelled my account and been told to send my equipment back or i will be billed for it all...I received an email to say we're sending you boxes to send the equipment back....I have received the boxes with 1 tiny bubble wrap bag no instructions no address label....so my question is....how do I securely package my Tivo box, V box, Router and power cords into the box provided and where do I send it?
