samsung v+ hd box

Just had Virgin installed today, and the V+ HD box is not working. The tv screen is just showing 'virgin media' and the box itself has got AP52 displayed. Green light is on to say it's online however the power button is not lit. 

HELP!

Hi there castle63, 

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with your V+HD box giving you the AP52 error message, I'd really like to help you out with this. 

I've done some tests on the connection, and can see some errors which will need a technician's visit. I've sent you a private message in order to get this arranged. Please look to the top right of this page where you'll see a purple envelope icon, click on this and you'll see my message.
