Hi my remote is giving up the ghost it picks & chooses what buttons it will let you use.
Before anyone suggests it batteries are good like I say some buttons work some don't.
I have tried calling the 150 number & get into the whole press this for this.
when it get's to tv problems you have 2 options I have lost channels or everything else, select everything else & it tells you how to reboot the system or offers to do it remotely.
That will obviously not fix my remote & there is no option to speak to a person to ask for a new remote.
So can someone please help & tell me how to get a replacement.

HI, I retried the 150 went through the options & finaly got a human. She was so helpful & has arranged a new remote to be sent out to us. So at this point all good be ready for calls for help If I can't get the new one to work
