"Power lost" recording error, means SOME progs aren't recording

So annoying. Had two replacement TiVo boxes in last 6 weeks and STILL get "Power Lost" error messages, and therefore recordings only partially or not recorded.

Check in your system info as to what version of the software you have.
RC23 has the fixed version. Recordings were failing if the box was in standby giving the power lost messages.

Welcome into the Community, it's great to see a new face Smiley Happy

 

I'm so very sorry to read about the recent recordings issues in relation to power loss. I have my suspicions on whether this happens whilst 'power saving' is enabled on the TiVo?

 

I can se that there are some considerable T3 timeouts on the TiVo services and this would certainly idicate an issue that would need looking into by an engineer.  Can have a little look inside your 'Inbox', you'll see I've sent you a 'Private Message'.
