poor tv and broadband service, trying to contact virgin a nightmare
All you get is excuses instead of action, they tell me no problem with service. first very difficult to get on my emails, this been going on for weeks. latest problem catch up and on demand service not working, how long does this go on for. I tried to chat on line guess what try again later, just a joke I am considering changing to Sky. this is the worst virgin has been so what is going wrong.
