poor tv and broadband service, trying to contact virgin a nightmare

All you get is excuses instead of action, they tell me no problem with service. first very difficult to get on my emails, this been going on for weeks. latest problem catch up and on demand service not working, how long does this go on for. I tried to chat on line guess what try again later, just a joke I am considering changing to Sky. this is the worst virgin has been so what is going wrong.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us even if things are not quite perfect at the moment Smiley Sad 

With regards to the Catch Up and On Demand service, at the time you posted last week, there was an ongoing fault which has since been resolved. How have things been since then? 

With email, pop a post in the Email board here: Email Community Board detailing the issues you are having. Include as much detail as possible and one of the team will come back to you Smiley Happy
