Your box is stalling at PL:48 as the box cannot lock onto an upstream path back to Virgin's servers. Virgin will have no idea you have this issue unless you report it to them. It will not fix itself.
You can either ring 150 from your VM phone or the Smartcall app (0345 454 1111 from others), or wait for a Forum Team member here to respond in a day or so. It is most likely an engineer visit will need to be booked.
