pixellation 5th eng visit booked for issue

in the month of december we have had 4 visits from VM to fix our issues

but they are yet to come up with a solution and

yesterday we had 7 incidents of picture quality between 18.42 to 22.05

really bad service this is definately not what i signed up for

virgin slate their rivals as their cabling is outdoors and can cause loads

of issues ,and with virgins cabling being underground they are protected

but not against rats & mice that like to chew through the cables and why wouldn't

they like it underground its dry and the heat generated from the cables

creates a nice place for them to setup home and breed

Can understand you anger been there done that. However VM cable is put into a ridged plastic tube before it is placed underground it is then recovered with soil to surround the plastic tube so if you believe that your underground cable is being affected by vermin think you might be wrong on that one.When the VM tech arrives next time get him to check connecting cable to your box.When we had this issue the tech put a additional connection device between the cable and the box

I'm sorry to hear you've had ongoing problems with the service and had to have multiple engineer visits.  This is never good to hear Smiley Sad

 

I can see you have a senior engineer calling round which is fab to see, please keep me posted on how you get on.  I hope that this time round we'll hit the nail on the  head and get the service working for you.

Many thanks for your reply to the Community and I'm very sorry that the engineer wasn't able to get you what you needed. 

 

I would like to ask did they mention any additional work after the job was completed? 

 

Also, can you tell me if this has gotten any better at all or is this still the same quality?
