Thanks for the update and I'm sorry to hear that the fault has not been fixed. I'll take a further look into this for you.
I have carried out some initial checks and so far the signal levels are fine at the moment. I will contact the engineering team to find out what the next steps are. I can see they have referred to the network engineering teams, I will find out what their findings are before taking this forward.

Thanks Collette. I have had a call from a technician this afternoon. He is to call tomorrow to take a look. The issue I'd still there and is worse today sound keeps dipping out. Thanks for your help. I'll keep you informed of the progress.
