pixelation

Hi. I am having issues with pixalstion on channel 433 on my v box. Called 151 yesterday. Still same today.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing pixelation on your VBox right now.  I can see you have been in touch and have an engineer calling round to fix this for you which is great to see.

Hi Collette. The fault was not fixed. It has to be looked into further. New box fitted but no change

Thanks for the update and I'm sorry to hear that the fault has not been fixed.  I'll take a further look into this for you.

 

I have carried out some initial checks and so far the signal levels are fine at the moment.  I will contact the engineering team to find out what the next steps are.  I can see they have referred to the network engineering teams, I will find out what their findings are before taking this forward.

 

I will be back in touch to let you know what the next steps are.  It may be Monday before I hear back so I will get back to you as soon as I hear from them.

Thanks for your help. This happened about 2 years ago and it was put right. It had started again. Your engineer was helpful and checked all he could.

Thanks Collette. I have had a call from a technician this afternoon. He is to call tomorrow to take a look. The issue I'd still there and is worse today sound keeps dipping out. Thanks for your help. I'll keep you informed of the progress.

The fault is still present. At lunchtime it seemed OK by got home from work and it is still as bad. Pixellation on 433. HD film channel.

I have carried out the usual checks with the box and signal still seems to be ok.  There may an undetected issue more locally.  I will arrange for an engineer to call back round for oyu.
