pixelation , yet again !

our tv signal was fine until a couple of months ago, when virgin installed our 2nd tivo box upstairs. i have tried different cables, by passing my hi fi system, direct from Tivo to TV, 3 different HDMI cables. and we still get the issue. its useless trying the online test, as it never comes back with any issues. the pixelation is random, and has no pattern. makes no differnce if its raining/ sunny/ warm/cold, etc. and as for speaking to somebody, well, thats a waste of 30 minutes reading from a script. i think that my tivo box has seen its day, as its quite a few years old .

Re: pixelation , yet again !

Possible there are signal issues with the box, which I'd have hoped would be detected remotely.

You can book your own tech visit (I think) using https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status
