package problems

Recently joined virgin after a phone call promising cheaper prices for the same setup we had with sky.However after installation on the 30th June,the TV package was all wrong seemed to be the cheaper one when it should have been kahuna movies and sports.

Contacted Virgin via phone numerous times didn't seem to get anywhere fast,now been told eventually that it needs to be installed again by an engineer.Installation date is 5th August so not too bad,but after checking channels until then we have been cut down further to basic channels,so no sports or movies even in standard in the meantime.

Just wondered if this is necessary?

I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with your new package.

 

I've had a look at your account and it seems all changes will be processed on the 5th. Therefore, you will only be billed for the channels that you have at present, until the additional ones are activated.

 

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
