My On Demand doesn't work (nor does Catch Up) how do I rectify this? It (Catch Up) always used to work

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue using the On Demand and Catch Up service.
What errors are you getting when trying to access it?
I've taken a look at your account and things seem to be looking good so I'm not sure where the issue is here. Knowing the error code should point us in the right direction.
